Membership & Access
- One member, one active membership — personal, face-verified, non-transferable. Add-ons (Fixed Desk, locker) attach to it.
- Every membership is tied to one home branch, chosen at registration.
- Operating hours 7 AM – 11 PM, all 7 days, at both branches.
- Plan durations are calendar days: 1 / 3 / 7 / 15 / 30 / 90 / 180 / 360.
Pricing — No Games
- The price at checkout is the final price. No hidden or mandatory fees (the refundable locker deposit is always shown separately).
- Fixed Desk is simply Flexi + ₹500/month — on every plan, every term. Verify it on any card.
- Longer memberships have a lower effective monthly rate — shown openly on every card.
- Passes cost more per day than plans, by design — they're for trying, not living on. Stacking passes never beats the plan.
Seats, Slots & Desks
- Flexi: any available seat. No informal reserving — unattended desks may be reallocated after 45 minutes.
- Fixed Desk: the same assigned desk for your whole term, subject to availability at the branch.
- 6-Hour Slot: one window — 7 AM–1 PM, 12 PM–6 PM or 5 PM–11 PM. Change at renewal or via upgrade.
- Weekend: Saturday and Sunday only, full hours.
Mazgaon Locker
- Available to any active 30+ day member at Mazgaon. ₹300/month with cheaper long-term rates.
- ₹200 key deposit — fully refunded when the key comes back.
- Locker ends with your membership; clear contents within 3 days of expiry.
- Books and laptop, yes. Food, liquids and valuables, no.
Upgrades, Pause & Referral
- Upgrade anytime — you pay only the pro-rata difference. No downgrades mid-term.
- Try-then-Buy: one pass price credited to a 30+ day plan bought within 7 days. Once per member.
- Paid Pause (₹299): Half-Yearly/Yearly only, up to 15 days, once per term, 2+ days notice.
- Referral: 7 free days when your friend joins a 30+ day plan.
Silence, Conduct & Co-Working
- The study hall is a zero-talk zone. Phones on silent; calls in the designated area only.
- Repeated disturbance after warnings ends a membership without refund.
- Co-working: no deposit, no notice period; desks subject to availability.
- Food in the lunch area only; water bottles allowed at desks.
